I had a delightful stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located right on the slopes—ideal for ski enthusiasts like me. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and featured lovely balconies with views of the slopes, although I would have preferred a superior room with a bath. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with a wide variety of delicious options. However, the service left something to be desired, as communication could be improved, and I had to ask multiple times for simple things like water during dinner.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location is absolutely brilliant for anyone looking to hit the slopes right outside the door, plus the views of the surrounding mountains are fantastic. The rooms were extremely comfortable, but I did find the service a bit lacking at times, particularly with communication.
